Maintenance Technician
Perform routine maintenance to apartment complexes, residential and offices.
Make any necessary electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, or HVAC repairs as needed.
Maintain daily record of time spend and series performed.
Must work well with senior citizens and site staff.
